Schedulex started from a frustration that anyone who's planned a housing development or infrastructure project will recognise: the planning tools available were either built for multinational corporations with six-figure software budgets, or they were plain spreadsheets that fell apart the moment a project grew past a handful of phases.
The answer to "how is the project going?" shouldn't require three hours of manual update work every week. And the solution shouldn't require an IT implementation project just to get started.
So we built Schedulex — an Excel-based planning template that brings real structure to the kind of project data that matters in spatial development: production output, resource capacity, milestone tracking, and portfolio overview. It lives in the environment your team already knows. It's free to use. And when it's not enough, we're available to adapt it to exactly what you need.
We work with spatial developers, engineering firms, and public project offices across the Netherlands. Every engagement teaches us something — and those lessons go back into the template.
Schedulex is ontstaan uit een frustratie die iedereen herkent die een woningbouwproject of infrastructuurproject heeft gepland: de beschikbare planningstools waren óf gebouwd voor multinationals met zescijferige softwarebudgetten, óf het waren gewone spreadsheets die uiteen vielen zodra een project groter werd dan een handvol fases.
Het antwoord op "hoe staat het project ervoor?" zou geen drie uur handmatig updatewerk per week moeten kosten. En de oplossing zou geen IT-implementatieproject moeten vereisen om mee te beginnen.
Dus bouwden we Schedulex — een Excel-gebaseerde planningstemplate die echte structuur brengt aan de projectdata die er in ruimtelijke ontwikkeling toe doet: productie-output, capaciteit, mijlpalenbewaking en portfolio-overzicht. Het leeft in de omgeving die jouw team al kent. Het is gratis te gebruiken. En wanneer het niet genoeg is, zijn we beschikbaar om het aan te passen aan precies wat je nodig hebt.
We werken met ruimtelijke ontwikkelaars, ingenieursbureaus en gemeentelijke projectbureaus door heel Nederland. Elke samenwerking leert ons iets — en die lessen gaan terug de template in.
